can u get banned while on DNS bypass?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); can u get banned while on DNS bypass? i'm on geohot 3.55 CFW, when 3.56 OFW came out it asked me to update, I didnt...but to get online i had to do the DNS bypass...how long will that last??? and can i get banned for bypassing via DNS?

Im on the bypass right now, and havent been banned yet.. but i highly doupt it
