Little Big Planet; a wild series with creators who have loads of imagination. With Little Big Planet (the original) being such a hit, how could you ever make a sequel to that? Well they did. LBP2 has been out for about a month now (guessing), and it's popularity has sky rocketed. Since the original was so good, we had to expect that LBP2 would be better, but boy did LBP2 outdo the original!

Sackboy is back in this all new adventure! He and a few of his new friends have to stop this huge evil dragon from destroying all of Little Big Planet!


LBP2 seems to be exactly the same as LBP but with different levels and characters, but there is more. LBP2 offers tons of new items to use (Grappling Hook, Picker Upper [There is more official name, I just don't know it], and stickers/objects). This seems to good to be true, but then it gets better. LBP2 added VEHICLES*. A vehicle is a device that sackboy controls, and there are various types of them. For example, you can ride a rabbit; hop and smash your way through the level. You can ride a bee; fly and shoot bad guys and barriers. You can even ride a motorcycle; fly through the sky and back flip. There are even more of these great vehicles, and they are all fun to use!

*Vehicles = things that sackboy can control by pressing a certain button, not all cars, some are animals (robots)

Another new thing added to LBP2 are the SACKBOTS. In many levels you have SACKBOTS who are either scared of you (and run away), or love you (and follow your every move). The goal of these levels is to get all of (or as many as you can) the sackbots to a tube that transports them to safety. At the end of Sackbot saving levels there are machines that have numbers on them. If you collected as many sackbots as the machine says, you get the prizes that come out of that machine (usually you can save 20 sackbots on one level [you could complete level with no sackbots], and at the end there will be 3 machines one with 10, one with 15, and one with 20).

The community levels on LBP2 are so much greater than the ones on LBP because now people can get even more creative using new vehicles, objects, and editing abilities. If you go to community and select "Cool Levels", I guarantee most of the levels are not like the story levels (for example; one level you could shoot a gun, reload, and your objective was to kill targets that popped up), or levels that are normal will be extremely well made, fun, or have something unique about them

Level Editing

Level Editing is mostly the same as LBP, but the reason that Level Editing is so popular is because of all the new things people can make with it. LBP2 is not a platform game 100% of the time anymore. LBP2 has given the opportunity for level creators to get, well more creative.

Plus, if you haven't seen the ads, there is no end. With new levels uploaded every day, you will be busy with LBP2, even after the story is completed.
