1)you go to the Our first lady hospital(pretty sure thats the name).
2)Go upstairs
3)Go outside upstairs
4)Turn to the left(opposite of the wood beam) and walk on the ledge, you should hit a blown up freeway.
5)jump onto the freeway, keep walking forward and jump off of it.

That should get you under the map and around it(ive ran for about 5 minutes straight and the map did not end)

NOTE- This glitch is pretty much pointless because you cant kill anything but yourself under there but irs pretty fun to roam around. Im also looking for someone to record this for me.
