(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys, so, I'm having a bit of a problem with my 80gig fat PS3 (Model CECHL04)..

The freaking blurays keep getting stuck inside, and the only way i can remove them is by doing the emergency force eject, which some people may know as the "fan test" (which i really dont want to use anymore, as it will destroy my ps3 eventually) or leaning my ps3 a bit.. :FU:

It goes something like this...
I try to remove the disc, i hear the drive's motor trying to push the disc out but it fails miserably! Then the PS3 fails to even recognize the disc (the blue light turns off and it's as if the PS3 had no disc inside) until i reset it. Then i can lean my PS3 or do the emergency eject if it fails to push it out again.

What might be possibly causing this, and how can i fix it? Hopefully this isn't a "send it in to Sony situation"... :O

Buy a new Ps3, If not then yeah your going to have to send it to sony...

Give them a shout, see if they can help you out. They are the only one's that know a PS3 inside and out.

I forgot to mention the games still work fine, it's just the drive motor that's gone crazy or some part that is somehow misaligned and preventing the disc from being ejected.

Oops, also, i'm afraid my Warranty has expired! :S
