Someone should sue them, ask how many $10 they have sold in the past 12 months and get 1 cent from each. That amount will be how much they have stole in theory.

I would assume so, because I don't think it would go from $9.99 to $20 and $50, it's still got the 1 cent deducted

when you buy the psn cards that are 10,20,50 the 10=$9.99 20=$19.99 and for 50 its $49.99 So its 1 cent less then waht you purchased it for....so you lose 1 cent :O
