Argos the company have a strict returns policy, it’s almost unbelievable. Your best bet would be to tell the guy on the other-side of the counter that the console won’t turn on and it smells of burning. Remember, be friendly and polite. There not working there for the fun of it, and when he clocks out at the end of his shift he is just the same as you.
