Well i was just wondering..
Today, i purchased the First Strike Map pack from Playstation network.
I Began to download it, i don't remember the exact time, but i'll just use appropriate times that would best help explain my problem.
At 1:00Pm, I began to download First strike.
At about 2PM i then let one of my best friends on PSN, Download the maps for free off of my psn along with me.
At Around 3:00PM, his download was finished, while my download only reached 47% in the 1-4PM Time spand.
I've tried to google possible solutions, but i only managed to find threads on websites asking what could be the problem, and how can I or the person who posted improve their downloading speed. (No solution found yet for me.) - Several other people experience the same problem as i do. they portforwarded and done every other possibility that they think, would have made their downloading speed faster.
I'm typing this thread as my download continues, Those weren't the exact times, but those were accurate times for when my download started, and my best friend's download finished.
I seen someone suggest that people download proxies, although it won't speed up internet browser speed, but downloading from PSN speed.
Anyone experience this? or happen to have a bit knowledge to share with users having difficulties like me?, with downloading speed?
Please share some advice.
Quick Edit, Downloading from my computer is fine, as everyone else that experienced this problem, it's just downloading from PSN.
