i need transfer modded patch from 3.41 to 3.56 now[got deranked in mw2]

if restore backup ,is the map still activated? [same PS3]
or i need on PSN Store Activate again?

you will have to re download the map packs when you do data transfer or back-up restore and you can not data transfer from 3.41 to 3.56 you must update to 3.55 jb and then transfer to 3.56 and will still have to redownload maps.
