I'm with you all the way about their support system sucks, It's kind of sad really because not only Sony have horrible support, so does all the major companies in the world.
It's the one thing I like to say regarding Major companies who only give a shit about the money in their bank accounts, or the expensive suits they wear to act almighty. "Greed imprisons us all", well something like that. LOL
Anyways, It's just my opinion on the matter.
