Do you get a message saying:
"Network Error



The connection to server was lost.



D4001"?


If you do, here's what you can do to help!


1) Make sure your internet connection from the router or internet source to the PS3 is secure. If you want, you can reset your router.

~If that doesn't work~

2) Delete and re-install Home

~If that doesn't work~

3) The last thing you should try is shutting down the PS3 (turn off ps3, unplug power chord from back) for 30 minutes and then try Home again.


*Make sure your clock/date is set correctly, that has been reported to solve the problem*

yes it was for home and i changed nothing with my internet it is secure and i tried all of those other things not sure if its working cus I havent been on in a few days. I cant call sony cus Im on cfw with charles. SO thanks again for the help.

i have same error also on KZ2/3 & AFAIK its because of using 3.56 spoof in charles, Bcause i had that error even be4 they banned my consoleID, so it cant B fixed
