Unless the PS3 reading the HDD and it crashes , causing the HDD to mess up.

Yea when i played blackops my ps3 would always freeze, but now im banned & it hasnt froze at all

Then stop playing black ops so much. play 1 full hour then, turn the console off, go outside, smell the fresh air, feel the sunlight, and enjoy life.

These are issues with the game online. Glitchs really mostly i've frosted while playing spit screen with my bro.
