I think the shipping would be included in the actual cost. Although I could be wrong.

However, I would recommend a third-party repair shop, as they are much much faster and give back the same console you had before. Therefore, you save data.

Edit: Forgot to mention, they are usually much cheaper as well. However, it may not last as long.

What I did, I just repaired my YLOD one, then backed up the data, and used it on another Ps3, then just kept the old one for minor use, and hacking.

thats included they send a box to your house then it has a pre paid sticker you put back on the box and send it of in 2 weeks you should have your ps3
