If you bought them you can still go to your PS Store --> Downloads and download it again with your account. If you gameshared it, then no. This goes for anything you bought from the PS Store as well.

Other stuff such as saves, patches and anything you had on your hardrive will not be there.

yea just go to sign up for playstion network -> use exsisting account and bam you have them
