i don't believe it at all
When they made GoW3 they said it was the last chapiter and they are moving on totaly something else with nothing related with Kratos nor GoW

There were also rumors earlier of that God of War multiplayer in the works. This could be it, but really, GoW isn't one of those games that I think multiplayer is really necessary or even needed. I hope they make another stellar single player campaign. GoW3 was the end of the original trilogy but not the end of the series. I hope they shake it up by using some of Jaffe's unused ideas for GoW3 (like the inclusion of other ancient pantheons of Gods i.e. Egyptian and Norse).

if i remember correctly in the bonus features of god of war 2 they talked about kratos having a brother

I don't believe it either, they're going to need to send some teasers before they convince me.

All this is, is an unsigned rumor, that's it.

I hope they add co-op, Kratos + Deimos would kick ass!
