i was banned permanently on my main account on a ps3 that not been sold...
im just wondering if anyone knew whether a new ps3 would be banned if i put that same account on it... but DID NOT go on black ops with it?

If the acc was legit, you won't get banned. Nice exploit/hack btw.

If the acccount was hacked (EBOOT) then it will be banned. It doesnt matter what ps3 you put it on

sorry man, i thought it would be something to do with hacking... because that account is hacked, but i wanted to know if putting it on the new ps3, would just ban the new ps3 automatically, even if i didnt go on black ops with it...
