So it looks like once again Sony have managed to disappoint us all! This time it’s not with the cancellation of some epic titles like last time, but with a reality that Sony PSN Cards will not be coming to Europe, well not for a good while yet.
Sony Belgium admitted that there will be no PSN Cards for Europe. "We know that the demand is huge, but it's a difficult task to release them. Europe has many countries, and each of them has their own VAT, you know. We won't say it will never come, but you can't expect it in the near future."
Thinking about it I can see where they are coming from, but there are 2 ways to solve this, 1 see how Microsoft and Nintendo did it, OR 2 Turn £ and € in to simple points and bob is your distant relative! There you have a global release.
I seems that Sony are not bothered about losing money hand over fist, mainly as many gamers under 16 have no valid way to buy things from the PS Store, also with many many many people like ourselves want them (as it would make it easy to give prizes this way), We just cannot see why Sony won’t pull their finger out
What do you guys think?
