As we've seen of recent dates, Sony has been adding a vast amount of original PlayStation Classics to their online library. Out of all these originals added, one company appears to stand out, Square Soft/Enix. Many Final Fantasy titles have been released on the PlayStation Store and have received a large amount of downloads, so where can they go from here?

Turns out they are to carry on down the popularity chain, and next in line is Chrono Trigger. It seems that largely demanded games are always first in line for download, which is pretty obvious. The people cried for Chrono Trigger and thats exactly what they got, so what can we learn from this? Ask and you’ll get, simple.

The game was originally released for SNES in 1995 and then rereleased in 2001 for the PlayStation. Because of this, when the game is available it will be the first originally based SNES game to be released on the PlayStation Store.

Unfortunately we have no word on the release date so you’ll have to be patient.
