What I did was. Deleted FTP server and other homebrew etc. etc. Then I installed 3.55 OFW then updated to 3.56 which for you will be 3.60.

you can go on safe mode then update :y:

are u wanting to update to 3.60 or just wanting to go to 3.55 ofw

if your goin to 3.60 just update from cfw u wont get banned my neighbour did it and everythings fine
