Alright guys, I got my HD PVR and it's wonderful!!! Best device ever.

But I came upon a few problems:

1. On playback on my PC, there is a very small audio delay.

2. After I finish a recording that's somewhat long (around 5 minutes), my computer freezes, and I have to hold down the power button to restart it.

3. I have a speaker system, and I can't use it with the HD PVR, otherwise no sound will come out of the TV. How do I set it up?

2. Not enough CPU Power? (Maybe)

3. Be sure you use the right cable.

Well i cant tell it for sure cuz i dont have a PVR but im about to get one somewhere next week lol thats what i would check if i would have the same problems.

1. i turn off the preview i dont know if you mean that
2. im pretty sure its your pc mine has never encountered that problem
3.well i use two optical audio cables and have different audio settings

Try to reset the setup, it may work.
