You mean taking your router into dmz? That shall work, most routers have it as an opinion.

What i would do i setting up a static ip adress, check ports to forward on portforward.com and open the necesarry ports. Otherwise if that would't work, then put it in DMZ zone, but beware it gets you more insecure.

Hope this helped you Winky Winky Have a good day

I assume you know how to log into the router, but anyway here it is.

If you dont already know the ip adress of your router, go into cmd and type ipconfig/all and look for it.

Type the ip adress in your web browser, you should be redirected to the router login page. Username should be admin and the password should be password. Note: the login details can ofc be different

You do it on your PS3. Not sure excactly how to do it, but set up your ip settings manually under network settings on your ps3. By having a static ip basically means having an reserved ip assigned to your device, meaning it won't change whenever you turn on/off your device.

Im doing the port test thing at its saying none of them are open but I know I set them up right for example
Start/End Port-80/80
Protocol-TCP
LAN IP ADDRESS-My PS3s IP (it matches)
Start/End Port Remote-80/80
Remote Ip Address-0.0.0.0(I dont think its right)
Anything you see wrong?

Yeah I did that I always stay at the same IP so like the last number on my IP on my PS3 is always the same.
