So I pressed the print screen button just in case it was a server test. I refreshed and it said offline again.

You could have just used inspect element to change the offline to online. Just change psnstatus_red.gif to psnstatus_green.gif and changed offline text to online.

The European one if you have it in English it says offline but if you change it to Spanish, German, Italian etc it changes to online
