(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Well basically I logged on to my ps3 today, and straight away it says my ps3 hardrive needs to be rebuilt. with a yes or no. I clicked yes and it continued as usual? I've been on my ps3 today and it didn't say this before. What does this mean?:(

You didn't completely data transfer, or you didn't properly turn off your ps3. Everything should be deleted :/

Ps3 questions next time.

I'm sure it isn't anything bad. You probably turned it off while a game was saving or something insignificant. It happens occasionally.

edit:300th post! yay!

The same thing happened to me once. Something internally must have gotten mixed up. I'm not sure but this happened to me ages ago, and my playstation is fine. It's some type of auto correct feature like when computers fix USB disks so you're fine. Best of luck!

Dont worry, it happened to me before because there was a power surge right as my ps3 was turning it off. It does more good than bad.

Do or Do Not, There is No Try
As other users have previously stated, there is absolutely nothing to worry about. It sounds as is you didn't turn your PS3 off properly or while it was making a auto-save.
