Don't no whether it's true but LOL. Instead of trying to fix the problem they are trying to buy back the respect of the PS3 customers.

1 free game??? Man Sony is losing alot of people already. xbox is way cheaper system and plus xbox live isn't all that pricey. i paid for 2 xbox accounts at 35.99 each. not bad for an reliable service. I love my ps3 but Sony is just a shitty company

im sure i read yesterday or 2 days ago that it was 2 games out of 4 for ps3 and 3 out of 5 for psp
or maybe it was 3/5 ps3 2/4 psp

Xbox issnt as reliable as you think. If hackers want to bring it down they can get it down as easily as they downed PSN.

It's actually 2 games out of a list of 5 for PS3 users and 2 games out of a list of 4 for PSP users. I don't think they are doing it to buy back customers it's just compensation for PSN being down so long

Obviously a fanboy... Why didn't you find out weather it was true or not before you started posting this shit. They are'nt doing it to buy back customers, it's for compensation and their way of showing appreciation for patience and loyalty.
