Depending on the quality of the games, it may or may not be a good deal. Nevertheless, we all know what we’re being offered in terms of compensation.

However, developers have been in a similar position – not at the same level as us (on a larger level), but they have also been hit hard on the pocket. They will have lost income via many channels due to this incident, hence it got me thinking – I wonder what they’re getting as a compensation package – IF they’re getting one?

I think they are just getting paid, nothing different for them I guess.
Since the games which come out to be free are probably PS exclusives.

They are getting paid even though the PSN is still down.

I'm sure the developers are getting paid; or maybe they're doing it to show gamers what TYPE of game they make, more of a publicity thing & trying to boost their fan-base.
