All that I had to do was change my password when I signed on.....I didn't need to go to my email for anything.

Well I will have to wait and see, becaue I'm from UK & the online services are not up here yet. If I can't get it back, then I'll just ring sony, but hopefully I can ! (Crosskeys)

well i contacted sony and it will take 14 days for them to reset my password. how ****ingg lame!!
