Go here. You must login or register to view this content. Click Sign in on the top right corner. If it says you put in your details and it says you need to activate your account or refresh the details of it or some shit like that, just click ok and they will send you an email from that website to your email. Now go to your email and click on that email (should be from a person called "[email protected]") and click that following link to reset your password. Hope this helped

I tried that as well...it takes me to the "reset password by e-mail" and then says "error" after I click the link. It's also saying that when I sign onto the PSN now. I guess it's saying error because the e-mail has already been sent and is just taking a ridiculously long time to arrive?

Anyone else not have to deal with receiving an email at all?

I had the same problem I called sony they said it might take to 24 hours to receive it, just be patient
