also tried logging in to the eu playstation site
it seems this can only be changed from the link from the email

I have account that i made the email addresses up for what can i do if i dont have the email they sent and i have forgot the date of birth?

i was goin to sujest making that email address so its a valid 1
unless @fake.com is the 1 u used
