It probably will, as no confirmation e-mail is needed for PSN.

ok so the other day I was talking to someone on skype and they said something about the whole password scenario, so I relised my main account was a fake @live.com email.. so I went and created an email the exact same as the fake 1 I made for my PSN account.. but I'm not sure if the email will still get sent to the email address.. Can’t trickshot me!
I tryed, but I didn't get an e-mail. Maybe you have two wait a couple of hours for it to send, as a lot op people have the same problem

my m8 made me a account with a fake email but since i activated it , it let me change the pass
