Assassins creed revelations is the upcoming game in the assassins creed series, and is supposedly the last one in Ezios trilogy. Here are some of the new cities in the game :y:
[multipage=Masyaf ]
Masyaf
The first city in the assassins creed games. Altair begins his journey in Masyaf in the original Assassin’s Creed. Ezio will return to the Assassin stronghold in search of knowledge of his ancestors, and the Order of the Assassins. The game is said to begin, and end in Masyaf, with Ezio pulling together pieces of the puzzle to unlock the secrets of the Assassins.
Im really excited about going back to Masyaf and bringing back the good old memories of Altair. We may see his ghost? :confused: Only memories I want to get rid of at this place is the boring talk scenes.
Cappadocia This is probably the most intriguing of the new locations found in the game. This city is said to have two parts. It’s got an above ground region that will probably be similar to what we’ve grown accustomed to from AC, and then it has a secret underground portion that is a Templar stronghold housing the sworn enemies of Ezio’s Assassin faction. The underground Templar stronghold is said to have caverns, caves, and tunnels to explore while staying low profile in this enemy territory.
Little is known about the templar order and there will be many secrets to uncover and it should show us what the templars are fighting for and there view of the battle against the assassins :y:
Constantinople This is the primary setting for Assassin’s Creed: Revelations. As explained by Alexandre Amanico, “Constantinople is a massive city. It actually spans two continents, on one side is Europe, and other Asia. This is the center of the known world at that time. The spice trading and all that related trade happened through Constantinople. It was one of the main reasons that Europeans tried to go around Africa, because Constantinople was this great hub controlled by the Ottomans. And essentially, everything needed to go through the city.” In Revelations, the city is split into four parts: Constantin, Beyazid, Imperial, and Galata. With each section having its own distinct visual style.
This is probably going to be like rome in Brotherhood. The city is huge with different locations which hopefully will have different types of free running obstacle for you to use.
There is also a hint that Rhodes will feature in the game, this is a confirmed as a mulitplayer map and isnt confirmed to be in the single player game? it may show up but Ezio may not travel there
I really love the free running and the environments in assassins creed but some of the times the surroundings look too similiar. im looking forward to this assassins creed to bring new methods of getting around, new city activities, and new shops :y:
