There's only CFW for 3.55 as far as I know. Also, it is impossible to downgrade to a lower firmware.

They most likely data transfered the modded patch to the updated Ps3. Thats what I would do.

yes you can still do it although its rare because most the public users on 3.55 dont have a second ps3 to data transfer to now for the most part they stick to private matches

It's not entirely impossible, just highly difficult. Once we discover the method of QA Flagging and the button combo needed, The PS3 will be cracked once and for all.

Oh, didn't know that. Another thing 3.41 isn't a CFW. The 3.41 OFW is jailbreakable.
