Anyway , i've fixed my YLOD (if anyone needs help with that, hit me up :angel:
But i did completely f**k up my drive (butter knife to get a disc out) BUT i've fixed it enough that i can play games on it again, but only for one time.
When i insert a disc, its taken in perfectly, all smooth and almost brand new it ejects too, rolling out of there like a new car. But my problem is the flap that covers the inside bits of the drive. For some reason, it gets lodged, and remains up, as if a disc is coming in/coming out. Then my ps3 doesnt suc kthe disks in anymore, so i have to remove the casing and flip this little wishbone-shaped thing down. This happens every time, and im stuck ANY help would be much appreciated :biggrin:
