You could email gamestop and inquire, but it has First Strike, so i have a funny feeling it'd be on the newest firmware, or at least 3.60

if you see a ps3 with a netflix sticker its on 3.14 and also 120gb are on 3.14 some 160gb are too but not all

Buy on off craigslist.org thats what I did. Just call the person up and ask them what firmware they are on, just dont ask them straight up say "Can you go to settings<system settings<system information and tell me what it says." That way if you say that you know it doesn't have YLOD and they tell you the gb and firmware version.

I did it and now have 4 PS3's, 2 fat, 2 slim, a fat and slim are CFW.
