after about 10-15 seconds of waiting my tv screen goes blue and says no signal. it does it on more than one game and even games saved on the ps3.

any ideas?

it must be your blu-ray reader, it's probably broken.

then why would it do that on games saved on the hard drive?

well to be honest I havn't a clue there must be something else wrong sorry bro I don't know.

My T.V. does that to some games because the games I was playing dont play in 1080 and my T.V. is setup in 1080. So try to reconfigure your PS3 display.

im gonna guess you are running hdmi
if you are then its a pretty common problem
the only 2 ways to permenatly fix this is to switch to av cables or try a new hdmi
or see if your tv is set to a wrong display setting
example you have a 720p tv but have it set to run at 1080
also if you are just running av try a new cord

try to get a new AV cable. that worked for me.

First, try a different HDMI cable. If that doesn't work, then the problem is the HDD, it needs replaced. You can try to rebuild database, but this will not provide a permanent solution.
