I was wondering if it were possible to transfer all data from a QA flagged ps3, to a normal retail ps3, and the retail ps3 would become QA flagged? I want to know this because I'm swapping my other ps3 (previously cornflaked) for a ps3 thats on a lower firmware, and wanted make the ps3 QA flagged, then transfer the QA flag data to my main ps3, then sell the QA flagged one. Would it work? If it won't work/will work then please provide proof. Because I don't want to mess things up.

It won't work, it's the same as trying to transfer a lower firmware to the higher firmware it won't work. But try it if you want.

But doesn't QA flagging stay even after you update? :confused: Thats what i was thinking...

no it wont work even if it does( i dont think it would but eh who knows) a fw update stays too but good luck getting it to transfer
