This game ive been playing for a while is called Blade Mistress.
It was started a LONG time ago by a user name TechBear, then was passed down to Punisher. Punisher shut down the game to never be seen again.
4 years later and these new people have started it up again!

Its a low quality, low bandwidth, multi-realm world where you can play as either a Fighter, Mage, Or crafter.
You can also be all three!
You can put your stats as you please.
10/1/1(fighter), 1/10/1(mage), 1/1/10(crafter)
You can collect tons of ingots to use a crafter to swordsmith into a blade.
Then use that blade to kill many monsters throughout the world.
As you level up and get stronger you can search for Glowing Blue Dust's and add them to your sword to create a glow to it.

You guys really need to check out this game. Totally awesome.
