Not really, but if you remember the year and month you bought it, you can Google when Sony released all the FW's. Find the one closest to your PS3 and guess about a few months back, because new PS3's are still on like 3.50 and the current is 3.66. And is it a slim or fat? Slims are only to maybe 3.30ish. If you have a slim you can't go to 3.15 for Linux.
