a list of things i have tried (ty to the ngu community for suggesting these things)

buying a ps3 fan
changing the surface it is on
try using LAN
stand it up
lay it down

ok so now i am asking should i just buy a slim ps3 and store it somewhere where it is less likely to have these problems, my room is kinda cramped atm so a slim would have its benefits.

(money is not an issue btw, but i cba to replace the seals on my current ps3 so please dont suggest that)

the easiest way to fix this is go to a walmart and buy an xbox360

yes it sounds like your ps3 is ****ed so id just get a slim
