If you want to play around with the glitches, just delete the patch, keep signed out and boot the game. From there, just play offline coop and have fun! In case you forget, use the Spec-Op orb glitch !

BTW, I'm not sure if this will work. But if you've gained a good amount of XP and grey tech from the coop offline games (via the oldest patch), and if you install the latest patch, you MAY get the xp and grey tech retained from the coop offline to your profile. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Be great if it worked but you only get xp from offline coop because of the patch and I doubt its going to give you the xp when you reinstall the patch or all the xp you gained before the patch would have been awarded when it came out so aside from just messing around with old glitches its not that useful and alot of time deleting and reinstalling just to f around but if you can thats awesome and if you do please post a vid of it working

Ah, yeah. I've tested it and it certainly doesn't give you any xp or grey tech when you re-installed the latest patch
I assumed that it would work because after finishing a co-op mission, I saw the logo which shows that the data is saving. Got me fooled there.

Anyway, the old glitches do indeed work (I have tested them.) Just got out of the Orick map via the Orb glitch now. Lol, ain't it so fun to explore !

This method works because the co-op offline component doesn't require PSN, that's why you don't get a PSN pop up demanding you to install the latest patch.

I may try this when i get my last 4 trophies be fun to mess around again to bad about the xp would be nice if it was retro active

its in your game data if you click info it will say v1.60 thats the patch

and what do you mean like make a new psn to do this on then you could sure but when you delete a patch you delete it for all accounts .

if you are asking if once you delete the patch if you start a new r2 with you current account then no all your stats are online and have nothing to do with the patch

if you mean make an account but not sign up for psn to do this no since the patch covers all account it does not matter if one is not signed up for psn
