Maybe Bad router settings or something.

Bad Internet Connection

or Maybe just reset your router

Sounds like an issue with your router, not your ps3

use a different router and you won't have that problem anymore. actually, I think there are settings in the router to fix that. I'm not sure but I do know I used to have a router that would do that along with take a few minutes to get online on my PC when I first connect to the internet. It was a pain in the ass

Or if this game is specfically for Blops you're talking about, blame their shit **** of servers. one of the reasons I sold the game. I couldn't STOP getting kicked.
