Im curious, if i was to buy a new external HHD for my PS3 Slim on 3.66, would i then be able to download any OFW on to my new HHD??
no the hdd has nothing to do with the firmware of the console as it is stored to the nand
a new hdd would just be a new hdd your ps3 would still be on 3.66
