If anyone knows of one that gets really good quality and is HD please let me know. I would prefer to buy one that is $100 or less, that means it can be off of eBay too as long as it is new and not used.

Um I dunno if you can get one for that cheap. Well what do you wanna record with exactly anything. There are 2 types of capture cards. Internal and external. What exactly are you looking to get. You cant use internal if you have a laptop though.

Alright you cant put cheap, HD, and "not used" in the same sentence without being called an idiot. There's almost no capture card out there that's HD for <$200. If you're going to post videos on youtube just buy a regular capture card instead of buying an HD capture card just to increase your quality by <5%. I mean for example, look at outsider's recent videos, he doesn't use an HD capture card and gets that kind of quality almost touching the quality of say for example coltz's capture card yet he didn't pay a fraction of the price for his cap card.

Okay thanks lol it's just that I want to record off of my HD t.v. but I have a dazzle and since my t.v. doesn't have video out I have to split the video which then brings down the quality so much that I can barely see what I'm doing on the screen. Any ideas about that then?
