I was just wondering what headset should i buy for FPS games ( First Person Shooters). Games like Call of Duty and Battlefield. Can anyone list some good headsets that are reccomended for these games?

You could get those sony ones or you could buy astros, tritans or turtle beaches. It doesn't really matter, except for the price of those bad boys.

Yeah i used to have the Ps3 certified mic. But my brother broke the ear clip but it wasnt good anyways . Im thinking of getting turtle beaches but idk which ones to get lol. All my friends tell me to get something different!

I would recommend either Turtle Beach PX 21's (currently what i use) or Triton AX 180's (first headset i got for my PS3) they both work very well i believe they are both $70-80 which is a fairly good price for the great quality they give you.

Well, if you have money to spend, I will suggest Turtle Beach PX5s. It is the best headset I've had.

I've owned 12 sets... im an audiophile... I recommend tritton headsets for price vs. performance for most people as the designs are quite sturdy but not too heavy, the sound quality is supurb, they work with both systems chat as well as pc. Some higher end turtle's like the x41 which is my current 360 set. Also I don't recommend wireless due to battery constraints. The new Sony headset is better but closer to pair with AX 180's. But if its only for ps3? I recommend either the new Sony headset or the tritton's (AX 180) the Sony headset is available for preorder through amazon for 65$ US currently. for the average user. If your a higher end flawless quality guy like me go for Astro's/Tritton AX Pros.

To be honest. If i liked moving in slowly and camping i go turtle beaches. But i just use the sony or logitech headsets.
