Type it in on google. Mine done something similar, It actually worked. Or phone Sony. There really helpful Just search on google contact number for Sony, worked for me XD

I still need help. I tryed contact playstation but that did nothing. and when i go to sony website it gives me a big list of contacts to try and playstation didnt work so what else can i call or try to call for help.
