if you havent done it contact playstation support and tell them u want to deactivate an old ps3 tht doesnt work anymore so u cant deactivate it yourself and they will deactivate all ps3s off account. This is a one time thing at least tht is what they told me so good luck

Or u could go to the Sony shop and they ring PSN and do it there and then

You could E-mail sony, tell them you got a new Ps3 and you want to re-activate your content and they will get to it.
