I take it you're referring to a game as on the PS3 the NAT Type is 1,2 or 3.

Sorry there is no way without accessing your router. Trying turning off all things that use the internet before playing it might help a little bit

you dont know the pass or how to et into it
go run>cmd> and type ipconfig hit enter the default gateway or something will be what you need to type in the address bar
google the login for your router you wil find it
