The question I am asking is can my saves even the ones that are locked be moved to this PS3? I know Data Transfer Utility right? Well to use that both systems have to be on the latest FW. So is there a way use that Utility to move all my data over to this PS3 I am getting without updating? I also uploaded my saves to the Playstation Plus Online Storage. If I download them off a different PS3 would they work? Those are the only methods I know right now. By the way the PS3 I am getting isn't hacked yet. So if those methods don't please tell me a method that will thanks.
