Snowy, from the gitbrew team, has made progress in mounting PSP titles on the PS3 ... a PS3 running a custom firmware that is.

Now I'm not talking about PSP titles available over PSN; I'm talking PSP games dumped from a UMD. And, right now, even though Snowy has figured out a means to mounting certain games, these games are not yet playable. Nonetheless it's progress.

Snowy's method will be released, but whether or not Snowy achieves 100% playability is another story. Keep your fingers crossed and your browser locked here at ps3-hacks ... and Snowy's twitter too.

The loco roco i used was from a umd, not psn related. From the documentation i've been reading, it would require heavy modification for psp Games to be run on it. Time to look towards the psone classics then, that or lets see if i can mount actual psone games. This shall be fun

Yes psp games ARE mountable, but some are not playable. I'll try lumines to see if it works though.
