In doing so, you also recieve the gun fully repaired and you take all of the caps from the merchant as well as making your caps back. A couple months ago, my HDD crashed and l lost all my fallout data and when i went back to play i tried the glitch again and it didn't work. Now, I could just be rusty and could be doing it wrong out of bad memory but I wanted to know if someone could confirm it being patched or not.

They patched it cause they found it to be "cheating" and there correct

I haven't been able to get it to work for a while, so instead i modded my caps

Honestly, I don't see the point in patching it now because Fallout 3 has been out for a long time now and well known even during the release of New Vegas. It sucks because i have to get all those caps over again...do i need a jailbroken ps3 to mod caps?

why even update at first anyway just do the casino glitch for caps get a few million then update the game again simple as that for money issues

I would like to see a tutorial on how this works in F3. I just beat F3 although I am now just doing DLC but still need to go through the game playing as Neutral and Good and would like to do this to speed up the game.
