(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have a 1st Gen ps3 With 3.55 CFW, and it gets hot really fast, is there anyway to keep my ps3 cool, so that it won't get YLOD.

In my opinion, this is the most important part:

You can always go to a store and pay them to clean your PS3, that would be the best option IMO. For now, clean it using a vaccum and don't mind getting it close to the PS3 because I clean my 80GB PS3 almost every week since 2008 using that method and it works. In your case you'll probably see a lot of dust come out, if that happens, get than vaccum even closer to really clean it. Do that on every single side where air comes out, even at the front.

If that doesn't work then just go to a store and if that doesn't work either you probably need to change the thermal paste on your CPU but for now don't worry about that.
