Requirements:
Must be in the Jungle and Reach the Laboratories
Must Past the Quest Man of Faith

Steps:
Once you finished the Man of Faith Quest talk to Opes Friend
He will require you to collect Oleander
Highlight that Location on your map as you will need to come here later
Go back to the Laboratories and make x2 of your weapons (Hold LT Y and RT
Sell them to the Trader
Try to make around $70000
Buy Oleander of Him (Around 200-300)
Go Back to the Highlighted area
Trade him the Oleander and you will get 1000XP For Each
